The company with an enrich experience over years is an operation with products like polypropylene and High Desity Polyethylene Ball valves, Diaphragm valves, Foot valves, Flow Indicators, Y type strainers. Pipe fittings and host of other accessories in various sizes.

The Polypropylene Valves are with heavy-duty wall thickness PPR smooth finish balls with Teflon seats.  MS forged Handle Totally Encapsulated with PP layer. The Studs and Nuts are covered with PP Caps.  These are totally Fumes Proof protection and are tested to 250 PSIG both in open and close condition. For better quality and ease of maintenance our valves are standardization with PPR (Polypropylene Reinforced) Balls and stainless steel (SS304) handle pin.  Also the steam ‘O’ rings are offered in VITON elastomer as well as Teflon.  For your perusal we are enclosing herewith the illustrative data sheets.

Further we also offer above products in other engineering plastics such as Isotatic Polypropylene (ISO PP) polyvinylidene Fluoride etc.  These non-metallic homopolymers are resistant to atmospheric oxygen degradation and oxidation even when there is no direct sunlight.

The Isotectic Polypropylene is a fractional homopolymer and hence it has better Mechanical strength, corrosion, abrasion and temperature resistance.  This has much better life as compared to any other homopolymer (PP) in handling HCL containing ferrous and ferric chloride (Pickling solutions in steel plants) HCL with traces of solvents such as benzene toluene etc. Brine for Anolyte and catholyte Caustic Chloro plants etc at elevated temperatures up 100c.   

To conclude this advanced engineering thermoplastic is compatible with most of the inorganic and organic chemical reagents.  This is there by not attached by aqueous solutions of inorganic salts or by practically any of the mineral, acids & basis at elevated temperature.
